Scott Murr Lowers 300-Calories-Burned Record to 15:41

Yesterday afternoon I sent an email to Scott Murr, cajoling him to try the 300-calorie Row-Bike-Run event. Murr, the director of the Furman University Fitness Center, had already done an easy 5 mile run in the morning, and an easy 20-mile bike ride at noon. But he couldn't resist the temptation, so he jumped on the rowing machine at 6 pm yesterday evening, and finished the 300-calorie test 15:41 later.
Murr, who's 47, reports the following: 4:42 row, 4:49 bike, 5:52 run. He estimates his total transition time as just 17 seconds.
Equipment: Concept2, Precor C864i, Precor treadmill.
